All BBQ Buddy Tools come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. In addition to all rights and remedies to which you may be entitled by law, some BBQ Buddy Tools are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 3 years (check packaging details) from the date of original purchase.
The warranty excludes damage resulting from product misuse or product neglect. The warranty covers domestic use only and does not apply to commercial applications.
Any claim under this warranty must be made within 3 years of the date of purchase. To make a claim under this warranty, return the faulty product to the place of purchase, together with the receipt, original packaging and instruction sheet. No warranty will be provided without purchaser’s receipt or other acceptable proof of the date of original purchase. Any cost incurred in returning the product shall be borne by you.
MAYO HARDWARE Pty Limited warrants your BBQ Buddy cover to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is extended to the first retail purchaser of the cover for consumer use, and lasts for two (2) years commencing from the date of purchase. The warranty covers the replacement of any cover that is defective (unless those defects result from: abuse or misuse of the cover, such as puncture or damage caused from excessive wind or heat). If you discover a defect in the cover during the warranty period and wish to obtain a replacement, please forward to Mayo Hardware Pty Limited at the address below a written description of the claimed defect and a copy of the original invoice.
